The sun is getting hotter, the days are getting longer, and before you can even take a sip of your Strongbow Dark Fruits, the novelty of the beer garden has entirely worn off. You want something more than afternoon trips to the pub, and we have the answers you’ve been looking for.

Step aside Isle of Wight Festival. Glastonbury we love you - but the fight for tickets was bloodier than an episode of Game of Thrones. The place to be this summer is Barn on The Farm.  This Gloucester-based weekend event offers the likes of Sam Fender and Jade Bird to satisfy your new music cravings. And of course, a special ten-year-anniversary visit from one of Scotland’s most eligible bachelors, Lewis Capaldi. What more could you want? Weekend camping tickets are still available from the website, www.barnonthefarm.co.uk.

If art is more your style, then the Plant Pop immersive experience is one to check out this summer. Setting up camp between August 11th and September 1st, this London based attraction is one not to be missed. With vibrant and dynamic pieces to inspire and engage minds of all ages, this is
one to mark on your must-do list.

But if the novelty of the beer garden hasn’t yet been worn away by the screaming children running around your table, then why not try something a little different. The Queen of Hoxton rooftop bar is one of Shoreditch’s most insta-worthy locations. Aesthetically pleasing surroundings and £5 cocktails until 7pm makes for an experience far greater than one down the local. And if you fancy heading out afterwards, their downstairs venue is the perfect location to keep the party going.
